I actually KNOW this most resourceful and creative blogger. We've been dear friends for years - I'm lucky to have her! Rachelle is a jack of all trades, master of MANY. There was an unfair distribution of talent in heaven and she made out with more than her fair share. A loyal and caring friend, a captivating writer, an eye for photography, a creative decorator, a master budgeter, a patient and faithful wife, sister and daughter, and a TERRIFICLY talented cook. To name a few. (Hey, is terrificly a word? Spell Check seems to think so.)
As food blogs go, I have yet to find one with such resourceful (did I already say resourceful?) ingredients and mouthwatering images. Quick and easy meets healthy and flavorful. Check this blog out before you hit the grocery store - you'll be making some changes to your list.
